A Targeted Approach to Hand and Wrist Dysfunction

At Manual Physical Therapy & Concierge Services, wrist and hand pain therapy is designed to address the complex structures that control grip strength, dexterity, and fine motor control. Pain in the hands or wrists is often the result of overuse, repetitive strain, nerve irritation, or compensations that develop throughout the arm and shoulder.

Through a detailed assessment, we identify the true source of dysfunction—not just where symptoms appear. Treatment focuses on restoring normal tissue mobility, reducing irritation in tendons and nerves, and improving how the entire upper extremity works together so your hands can function efficiently again.

Personalized, One-on-One Care

Every treatment plan begins with a thorough evaluation of movement patterns, strength, mobility, and daily functional demands. From there, we design a customized approach based on your specific symptoms, whether you’re dealing with carpal tunnel symptoms, tendonitis, post-injury stiffness, or chronic overuse pain.

Each session is one-on-one and fully hands-on, combining manual techniques with corrective movement and progressive loading strategies. The goal is to not only reduce pain but restore strength, coordination, and confidence in your ability to use your hands without restriction.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know this will actually work for me?
We only accept patients whose problems match what the Body Recalibration Method is designed to treat. If your body has become lopsided from years of compensation, this is exactly what we address. Most patients experience 50–75% improvement by the end of the program.
How long will it take to see results?
Most people notice improvement after every session. The full program is typically about 2½ months, depending on how long you’ve been in pain and how many areas are involved.
How long will the results last?
Results are long-lasting because your body has been recalibrated to function more normally and symmetrically. You’ll receive a short 10–15 minute morning routine to maintain your progress. Monthly maintenance is optional.
How long will each treatment session last?
Each session is 60 minutes, completely hands-on and one-on-one. We work directly on your body the entire time to move you toward your goals.
Do you take insurance?
We wish insurance covered this type of care, but our holistic approach treats the entire body at once and doesn’t fit insurance guidelines. Because of that, insurance does not cover our treatment, and we do not accept insurance.”
