01Understanding Your Pain

Understanding the Source of Joint Stiffness

Many people assume arthritis pain is simply something they have to live with. While arthritis can cause changes within the joints, the pain, stiffness, and movement limitations often become worse when the body develops compensations and restrictions over time.

At Manual Physical Therapy & Concierge Services, we look beyond the diagnosis itself to understand how arthritis is affecting your movement patterns and overall function. By identifying mobility restrictions, muscular imbalances, and fascial limitations throughout the body, we can help reduce stress on irritated joints and improve the way your body moves as a whole.

07Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We only accept patients whose problems match what the Body Recalibration Method is designed to treat. If your body has become lopsided from years of compensation, this is exactly what we address. Most patients experience 50–75% improvement by the end of the program.

Most people notice improvement after every session. The full program is typically about 2½ months, depending on how long you’ve been in pain and how many areas are involved.

Results are long-lasting because your body has been recalibrated to function more normally and symmetrically. You’ll receive a short 10–15 minute morning routine to maintain your progress. Monthly maintenance is optional.

Each session is 60 minutes, completely hands-on and one-on-one. We work directly on your body the entire time to move you toward your goals.

We wish insurance covered this type of care, but our holistic approach treats the entire body at once and doesn’t fit insurance guidelines. Because of that, insurance does not cover our treatment, and we do not accept insurance.”
