Treat the Source of Muscle Pain

Persistent muscle tightness and trigger points can create pain, limit mobility, and alter the way your body moves. Whether the result of repetitive strain, injury, poor posture, or chronic compensation patterns, these dysfunctional muscles often place unnecessary stress on surrounding joints and tissues.

At Manual Physical Therapy & Concierge Services, dry needling is used as part of our whole-body approach to care. Rather than focusing only on the painful area, we evaluate how muscle dysfunction throughout the body may be contributing to your symptoms. By releasing trigger points and restoring healthier muscle function, we help reduce pain while improving movement and overall performance.

Integrated Into Your Personalized Recovery Plan

Every treatment begins with a detailed assessment of your movement patterns, posture, muscle function, and overall goals. This allows us to determine where dry needling can provide the greatest benefit and how it fits into your individualized treatment plan.

Dry needling is often combined with our Fascial and Muscular Body Recalibration Method, specialized manual therapy, and corrective movement strategies to create lasting improvements in mobility and function. Our goal is to help your body move more efficiently, reduce recurring pain, and restore the freedom to enjoy your daily activities with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know this will actually work for me?
We only accept patients whose problems match what the Body Recalibration Method is designed to treat. If your body has become lopsided from years of compensation, this is exactly what we address. Most patients experience 50–75% improvement by the end of the program.
How long will it take to see results?
Most people notice improvement after every session. The full program is typically about 2½ months, depending on how long you’ve been in pain and how many areas are involved.
How long will the results last?
Results are long-lasting because your body has been recalibrated to function more normally and symmetrically. You’ll receive a short 10–15 minute morning routine to maintain your progress. Monthly maintenance is optional.
How long will each treatment session last?
Each session is 60 minutes, completely hands-on and one-on-one. We work directly on your body the entire time to move you toward your goals.
Do you take insurance?
We wish insurance covered this type of care, but our holistic approach treats the entire body at once and doesn’t fit insurance guidelines. Because of that, insurance does not cover our treatment, and we do not accept insurance.”
