Finding the Restrictions That Hold You Back

Over time, injuries, repetitive stress, surgery, and compensation patterns can create restrictions within muscles, fascia, tendons, and other soft tissues. These restrictions may contribute to pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, and movement patterns that place unnecessary stress on the body.

At Manual Physical Therapy & Concierge Services, IASTM is used as part of our whole-body approach to identify and address soft tissue dysfunction. Using specialized instruments, we can detect areas of restriction and apply precise treatment to improve tissue mobility and support healthier movement patterns. Rather than focusing solely on where symptoms occur, we evaluate how these restrictions may be affecting the body as a whole.

Helping Your Body Move More Efficiently

Every treatment plan begins with a comprehensive assessment of movement, mobility, and compensation patterns. This allows us to determine where soft tissue restrictions may be limiting function and contributing to pain or recurring issues.

IASTM is often integrated with our Fascial and Muscular Body Recalibration Method to help restore normal tissue mobility and improve the way the body moves. Combined with personalized movement strategies and corrective care, treatment is designed to help you regain flexibility, improve function, and return to the activities you enjoy with greater comfort and confidence.

Success Stories & Testimonials

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know this will actually work for me?
We only accept patients whose problems match what the Body Recalibration Method is designed to treat. If your body has become lopsided from years of compensation, this is exactly what we address. Most patients experience 50–75% improvement by the end of the program.
How long will it take to see results?
Most people notice improvement after every session. The full program is typically about 2½ months, depending on how long you’ve been in pain and how many areas are involved.
How long will the results last?
Results are long-lasting because your body has been recalibrated to function more normally and symmetrically. You’ll receive a short 10–15 minute morning routine to maintain your progress. Monthly maintenance is optional.
How long will each treatment session last?
Each session is 60 minutes, completely hands-on and one-on-one. We work directly on your body the entire time to move you toward your goals.
Do you take insurance?
We wish insurance covered this type of care, but our holistic approach treats the entire body at once and doesn’t fit insurance guidelines. Because of that, insurance does not cover our treatment, and we do not accept insurance.”
