01Understanding Your Pain

Why Neck Pain Often Extends Beyond the Neck

Neck pain can affect far more than your ability to turn your head. Many people also experience headaches, shoulder tension, upper back discomfort, jaw pain, and reduced mobility that interfere with work, sleep, exercise, and daily activities. Often, these symptoms develop gradually as the body adapts to stress, poor movement patterns, injuries, or long-standing compensation strategies.

At Manual Physical Therapy & Concierge Services, we take a whole-body approach to understanding neck pain. Because the neck is closely connected to the shoulders, upper back, jaw, and fascial system, restrictions in one area can create strain throughout the entire chain. Our goal is to identify the root causes contributing to your symptoms rather than focusing only on where the pain is felt.

05Your Recovery

Restoring Mobility and Reducing Tension

Every treatment plan begins with a detailed assessment of posture, movement patterns, mobility restrictions, and soft tissue dysfunctions that may be affecting the neck and surrounding structures. This allows us to develop a personalized treatment strategy designed specifically for your needs.

Using our Fascial and Muscular Body Recalibration Method, we work to reduce tension, improve mobility, and restore more balanced movement throughout the body. The result is often less pain, improved range of motion, fewer recurring symptoms, and greater confidence in your ability to work, sleep, exercise, and enjoy everyday activities comfortably.

07Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We only accept patients whose problems match what the Body Recalibration Method is designed to treat. If your body has become lopsided from years of compensation, this is exactly what we address. Most patients experience 50–75% improvement by the end of the program.

Most people notice improvement after every session. The full program is typically about 2½ months, depending on how long you’ve been in pain and how many areas are involved.

Results are long-lasting because your body has been recalibrated to function more normally and symmetrically. You’ll receive a short 10–15 minute morning routine to maintain your progress. Monthly maintenance is optional.

Each session is 60 minutes, completely hands-on and one-on-one. We work directly on your body the entire time to move you toward your goals.

We wish insurance covered this type of care, but our holistic approach treats the entire body at once and doesn’t fit insurance guidelines. Because of that, insurance does not cover our treatment, and we do not accept insurance.”
